Cameron recently ran a 6 week sales campaign for my brother and I selling a property in the Inner West. Cameron recommended an auction campaign of 6 weeks duration, a different recommendation to other agents and one that created more work for him, but a strategy that ultimately delivered a price about $100,000 over the highest agent assessment- definitely the right decision.

Cameron put together a strong marketing plan, encompassing both online and print media, which worked as it brought in different potential buyers throughout the 6 weeks and helped keep the property top of mind, and he also delivered a number of "over and above" media opportunities which aided in creating excitement on auction day.
