About Evelyn Whelan
With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Evelyn Whelan brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism to her role as Property Manager at Nicholls & Co.
Evelyn has extensive experience across all aspects of residential property management, including landlord and tenant relationships, leasing, maintenance, compliance and the ongoing management of investment properties.
Having also held senior leadership positions throughout her career, Evelyn brings a broad understanding of the industry and a considered, solutions-focused approach to property management.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, strong communication skills and attention to detail, Evelyn understands the importance of building trusted, long-term relationships with both landlords and tenants. She takes genuine pride in caring for her clients’ properties and providing knowledgeable, practical advice.
